Nice, cozy restaurant run by a very nice owner, excellent service. Triangoli filled with crayfish in a lobster sauce - very tasty, recommendable Wagyu hip steak on cognac sauce - best steak! Excellent, definitely try, the side dishes don't have to hide either, super great Crème brûlée - Finally a real crème brûlée, crispy, warm, fresh, aromatic But the hammer is the apricot zabaione with ginger, so delicious, fresh, fluffy, aromatic The selected wines are characterized by a pleasant aroma and go very well with the dishes.

We went to tarragon for dinner yesterday, it was delicious! The desired starter was unfortunately over, but we were offered a delicious alternative. The main courses were a bit long in coming, but were really wonderful. There was also nothing to complain about the dessert. The wine is delicious and nice and cold. The service nice and not intrusive. A wonderful evening and we'd love to come back. A compliment to the kitchen!

Hmmm in a Frankfurt magazine it was under "lifted". Unfortunately, I can not agree with that. Service left much to be desired - napkins were only available on request after the first gear. Ashtray, candle ... everything took a while to come. The food was not convincing. The side dishes reminded more of a canteen dinner .. 1 time and never again

Very good dining experience with lots of options to choose from. Friendly hosts. Would go again. Lamb saddle was most and flavorful. Cream of asparagus with lic and croutons an appropriate first course.

Earlier, the tarragon was a Frankfurt tip. For some time, the tenants have changed and what can I say: it has become even better. Tonight we had the three course menu with beetroot soup, wangyu steak and dessert. Good wines complete the experience. Just great! We have excellent food, were very nice and with heart served. The beef steak is in the best memory. Back soon! The device? Could use a styling, but we did not really perceive it in this enjoyment.

Classy and quiet restaurant with a character. Limited but delicious menu. I tried the tasting menu with the wagyu beef option. It's a matter of taste. For me, the whole thing about Kobe beef is the marbled fat. However, the restaurant serves a rather lean steak, which is not what I like. The Tortelloni and the mousse au chocolat were delicious. Waiter was nice and service was quick.
